As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Service Desk Assistant to join our team.
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to support our service desk operations. The service desk serves as the central hub for receiving and allocating tasks, including both planned and reactive maintenance. These tasks will need to be swiftly assigned to the relevant contractors using our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems such as Job Logic and others.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for all first-line facilities support.
* Co-ordinate the delivery of all facilities operational activities, including dealing with external suppliers and contractors.
* Assist with the daily operations of the service desk, ensuring all tasks are logged, prioritised, allocated efficiently and completed within a timely manner.
* Operate and manage CAFM systems (e.g., Job Logic) to track and monitor maintenance requests.
* Liaise with Service Desk Manager and Ops Manager daily/weekly to ensure quality of service is maintained.
* Analyse trends in task allocation and provide recommendations for process improvements.
* Any other ad hoc administrative duties requested by senior management.
