We’re currently seeking a Compliance Monitoring Auditor to join our small but impactful compliance monitoring team. If you thrive in a role where every day is different, are detail-oriented, and enjoy working collaboratively with a wide range of people, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Compliance Monitoring Auditor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring Gama Aviation remains at the forefront of safety and compliance. Your responsibilities will include conducting internal programme audits, base audits, and aircraft inspections, as well as supporting managers in developing and tracking the implementation of corrective action plans. This varied and rewarding role offers the chance to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, to uphold the highest standards of compliance and safety. We’re looking for someone with a passion for excellence, a proactive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. If you’re flexible, resilient, and ready to adapt to a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. Travel may be required, sometimes at short notice, with occasional overnight stays.
