Job: Telesales - Part time
Based: Milton Keynes
Salary: £24,000 plus commission - pro rata
We at Urus Recruitment are seeking a driven and focused Telesales Representative to join one of our clients based in Milton Keynes.
Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales and be confident when speaking to customers.
Role Focus: The focus of the role is to call customers, advise of the availability of products and services available for purchase, and entice customers to buy/try the product.
Responsibilities:
1. Take customer information and update it in the database as required.
2. Ask probing questions into the customers' current requirements.
3. Explain the UPS/Benefits to switching over.
4. Pass on qualified leads to Sales Manager for closing.
5. Utilise existing lead generation methods to call out to prospects.
6. Research current markets to improve target relevance.
7. Follow-up calls with emails directing further traffic to the site.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1-2 years previous experience within a quality assurance role.
2. Ability to communicate with customers and other staff members.
3. Strong problem-solving skills.
4. Resilient and positive nature.
5. Can-do attitude and tenacious.
6. Able to work as part of a team and achieve team goals and targets.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Proficient in the use of computers and their software.
9. Good interpersonal skills.
10. Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail.
11. Ability to multitask.
