Join our team as the Sales Supervisor, reporting to EMEA Sales Manager, and build your skills, build innovative solutions and help build a safer world - Coordinates, motivates and coaches a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals. - Participates in strategy meetings and implements sales strategies to drive revenue growth in dedicated regions. - Conducts regular performance evaluations and ensures to provide feedback to team members and the EMEA Sales Manager. - Supervises the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling and guidance. - Supports client engagement by managing relationships at the middle management and key decision maker levels for medium to smaller customers. - Monitors and manages sales transaction pipelines and forecasting. - Stays up to date with latest market developments and trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement. LI-ZK1 LI-Remote - University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors Degree) in Business Administration, Sales or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership/supervisor roles. - Ability to work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires a variety of factors, including understanding the sales process. - Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques and best practices. - Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills. - Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules to senior level management and customers. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - This position is open in multiple locations and we require local language skills at a good level in the location(s) you select.
