Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Part-time option available min 20 hours per week)
Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days office and 2 days working from home (flexible work patterns)
Salary: Up to £55,000 dependent upon experience plus Performance-Related Bonus
Working hours/days - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm - Flexible working hours (flexi time)

Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
Managing probate applications and the administration of estates
Providing tailored legal advice on estate planning, trusts, and tax implications
Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and external professionals to ensure a smooth process
Keeping abreast of relevant legislation and best practices within the field

A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 7 years PQE in Wills and Probate Law
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and client-facing skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach
Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Commitment to ensuring timely progression of client matters and providing transparent updates on progress and costs

Commute/Relocate: Applicants should have the ability to reliably commute to Market Harborough or be willing to relocate prior to commencing employment
Education: LLB Hons Law Degree, Legal Practice Course, Solicitor/Legal Executive STEP qualified (preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 7 year's experience in legal drafting and relevant Wills and Probate work (required)
