Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for a customer facing Customer Success Manager to become a part of our outstanding Customer Success team, part of our Customer Experience department. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the overall health and satisfaction of Applied Ireland’s strategic customers, working in collaboration with Sales, Services, Support, Engineering and Product Management. This individual will work across our broker and insurer channel ensuring our customers gain the most value possible from their investment in Applied technology. This individual will join the European Customer Experience function and be part of the Irish Customer Success team, and, as such, is expected to be passionate about customer engagement, advocacy, and growth both within Ireland and throughout Applied overall. What You’ll Do Act as an executive sponsor for key customers, including partnering with Sales on account strategy and overall customer health. Lead the governance process for strategic customers, including establishing consistent presentation content, success criteria, and shared issue tracking. Lead cross-functional teams focused on resolving escalated customer issues. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering, particularly in ensuring overall alignment with customer expectations on strategic, large-scale directed development engagements. Collaborate with Services leaders, identifying optimization opportunities within accounts and handing over for execution, while staying closely engaged on progress and outcomes Utilise strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as technical and industry knowledge to establish credibility with internal & external stakeholders. Manage and escalate client and/or department related issues as required. What You’ll Need to Succeed We’re looking for someone who: Can work remotely or from an Applied Systems Office Your experience should include some or all of the following: 5 years of Customer Success experience (preferably in the insurance domain) or similar fields (Services, Account management, Enablement, Onboarding) OR 5 years experience with Applied Systems Europe products used in the Irish market.
