As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with different departments to analyze trends, monitor KPIs, and contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Gather, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
2. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data effectively.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to provide data-driven recommendations that impact strategy and operational efficiency.
4. Support strategic initiatives through data analysis, interpretation, and dissemination.
5. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
3. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
4. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
5. Strong communication skills to present data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
6. Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
7. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
