Position: Security Supervisor
Location: Whitehall
Pay Rate: £16.69 per hour
Hours: Average 42 hours per week
Shifts: 4 nights on 4 night off, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
You must have lived within the UK for at least the last 5 years.
Your Time at Work
1. Managing the Night Security Team and the Security Control room CCTV operations.
2. Booking on and off of all staff working on the Cabinet Office contract.
3. Ensure that security Officers are undertaking all duties as per site instructions.
4. Attend official meetings when required.
5. Ensure correct adherence to all reporting structures, maintaining correct protocol.
6. Carrying out annual staff appraisals.
7. Ensure that all required paperwork is completed, up to date and maintained.
8. Provide shift cover where needed to ensure operational and contractual compliance.
9. Ensure that all staff are competent and able to carry out their roles through Induction and ongoing training (e.g., toolbox talks).
10. Comply with the Company's Policies, Management Plans and Procedures.
11. Fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adhering to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Management Plans.
12. Support the Company's Quality Policy Statement and actively participate in the achievement of Company and personal Quality objectives.
13. Undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department/Service. Significant permanent changes in duties will require agreed revisions to be made to this Job Description.

The post holder will be responsible for maintaining the security requirements of the client, under the guidance of the Security Management Team, whilst maintaining a good corporate image and high standards of professionalism.
