We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare & Specification Manager to join our team in the Southeast region as maternity cover. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and specifications of our healthcare flooring and wall protection solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share in the healthcare sector.
* Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including architects, specifiers, contractors, and end-users.
* Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they select the best solutions for their projects.
* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Gradus and Gerflor products.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the healthcare sector.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.
* Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a sales or specification role within the healthcare sector.
* Strong knowledge of flooring and wall protection solutions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Southeast region.
