About the role
As the Leadership Development Curriculum Manager at Reckitt, you will play a critical role in contributing to the company’s global leadership & talent development strategy, programme development, roll out and evaluation. You'll work with the Head of Leadership Development to create innovative and impactful leadership development interventions that enhance leaders’ skills and support the execution of the business strategy. Your responsibilities will also involve designing and facilitating talent development programmes.
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
1. Support the development of a comprehensive global leadership strategy to build the next generation of Reckitt leaders; aligned to Reckitt’s business strategy and goals.
2. Identify the required leadership skills & behaviours required for success at all levels that will drive business growth.
3. Clearly identify the leadership development opportunities at Reckitt and build integrated leadership and learning solutions that address these.
4. Review talent data to spot opportunities to enhance our talent pipeline, using a strong understanding of our talent processes and CoE priorities.
5. Create bespoke roadmaps by level, for leadership and talent development initiatives, including leadership skills building programmes, coaching, and mentoring initiatives, combined with integrated learning pathways.
6. Align leadership development solutions with other wider CoE priorities such as inclusion and cultural change initiatives to create integrated solutions that positively influence organizational behaviour and mindset shifts.
7. Ensure that development programmes (leadership and top talent accelerator) are measurable and have clear outcomes associated with them that are consistently measured to allow effective evaluation.
8. Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-impact learning experiences, including Global People Services (GPS). Leveraging technology and innovative approaches to enhance learning effectiveness.
9. Work closely with HR, Talent and business leaders to understand what is required from talent development programmes, the decisions required off the back of them and how to evaluate the effectiveness of them.
The experience we're looking for
* Experience of working in a complex, multinational matrix organisation, with a deep knowledge of leadership development and learning at comparable multinational companies.
* Strong ability to contribute to shaping strategy, change management, scaling programmes across multiple countries and Functions.
* Proven experience of practically applying adult learning principles to create innovative and impactful learning solutions that make a difference and deliver commercial value.
* Demonstrable experience of strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities, as well as engaging with people at all organisation levels, including senior leaders.
* High level project management experience within fast-paced environments, where multitasking and prioritisation have been necessary.
* Working in collaboration with external partners to codesign and deliver successful leadership development programmes.
* Experience with HRIS technology, ideally learning technologies and Success Factors.
* Leadership Development and adult learning subject matter expertise with an in-depth technical understanding of how to both assess and develop leaders/potential (including assessment and development centre design).
* Proven track record of designing and delivering high quality, fit for purpose leadership development programmes and initiatives.
* Up to date knowledge of industry trends and their impact on leadership and learning expectations to provide thought leadership for leadership programmes.
* Strong facilitation and communication (written and verbal) skills including storytelling.
* Strong Influencing and stakeholder management skills - must be able to influence and be a credible partner with senior stakeholders.
* Resilient and comfortable working with limited structure and high levels of ambiguity.
* Commercially aware with good business acumen and project management skills.
* A good understanding of psychometrics, engagement surveys and 360 questionnaire design.
