PA Office Manager – Guildford, Surrey
£25,000 - £30,000 plus benefits
Our client is a highly successful technology-focused business and they are looking to recruit a PA Office Manager to join their team in Guildford. The role will be based in the office 5 days a week and you will ensure operational excellence while adding a commercial and sales-focused approach to the role. You will be supporting the Founder, Head of Ops, CFO and Commercial Director.
This is a full-time, in-office position where you will be the heartbeat of operations, supporting the Directors and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities. However, it’s not just about administration—you’ll also contribute to business growth and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Management: Manage office operations, coordinate supplies, and maintain a well-organised workspace.
* Personal Assistance: Provide direct support to the Directors.
* Commercial & Sales Focus: Assist with client relationship management to drive business growth.
* Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company standards.
* Event & Meeting Support: Organise team gatherings, client visits, and other corporate events.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and commercially savvy, with excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for multitasking.
Skills & Experience
* Strong Organisation & Prioritisation: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent Communication: Professional demeanour in person, on the phone, and in writing.
* Commercial Acumen: Comfort with sales-related tasks such as lead management and client coordination.
* Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant software/tools.
