Administrative Assistant
Our client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. Hours can be flexible but ideally 8-4.30 (with half hour lunch) or a 3pm finish can be accommodated. They are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with good organisations skills and an excellent telephone manner.
Duties will include answering incoming calls, diary management, invoicing, data entry, and offering excellent customer services to their customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience of administration or office-based customer service
* Have excellent communication skills
* Have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word
