The Marketing Assistant role involves working closely with marketing team members to provide support across marketing activities for all The Natural Travel Collection brands. As part of the marketing department, you will assume various responsibilities including assisting with e-newsletters, brochure production, PR, creating social media content, co-ordinating brochure fulfilment, and database management. A key focus of the role will be to proof, edit and write engaging content. This is an exciting role for someone seeking experience in a dynamic marketing department and interested in adventure travel.
This role is hybrid working, with 3 days required in the office a week.
Key Responsibilities
1. Write engaging copy for all marketing collateral, following brand guidelines.
2. Assist with content creation and co-ordination of e-newsletter campaigns.
3. Co-ordinate and create social media content.
4. Assist with sourcing imagery for all marketing activity.
5. Manage day-to-day brochure requests and process all postal requirements.
6. Management of the client database, updating and entering new client data as required.
7. Assist with the co-ordination of TNTC branded items.
8. Day-to-day administration tasks, e.g., formatting client documentation.
9. Support the marketing team as required across all marketing activities and projects.
10. Provide support to all departments as needed.
