The Role:
In this role, you’ll explore and organise people data using advanced business intelligence tools. You’ll build and link data sets to create insightful visualisations, leveraging storytelling techniques to inform strategic and operational decisions on people-related issues.
As a People Analytics Specialist, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to develop insightful questions and hypotheses, diving deep into data to uncover patterns and trends. You’ll manage and enhance data quality, ensuring compliance with GDPR, performing data quality checks, conducting complex analyses, and presenting your findings.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in people data projects and delivering people data products or services. You will have a knack for storytelling with data and experience working with multiple complex data sets.
