Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for APIs. Create, update, and review API documentation, including API specifications, user guides, and integration instructions. Ensure all technical documentation adheres to industry standards and best practices. Act as a liaison between technical teams (developers, architects) and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear documentation. Support the design and improvement of processes related to API documentation workflows. Conduct content reviews to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and clarity. Assist in identifying and documenting API use cases, workflows, and business processes. Work closely with QA teams to document testing requirements and scenarios. Provide training or knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure stakeholders understand API capabilities and usage. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (5 years) as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on API documentation. Strong understanding of APIs, including RESTful and SOAP services, and related technologies (e.g., JSON, XML). Experience with API documentation tools such as Swagger, Postman, or similar platforms. Excellent technical writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex technical concepts. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript (for understanding code samples). Experience with version control systems like Git. Familiarity with OpenAPI Specification (OAS) standards. Previous experience in content strategy or technical communication. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and API integrations.
