Domestic Gas Service Engineer : Wigan and Manchester : Excellent Earning Potential
A leading provider of services to the social housing sector is seeking a skilled and dedicated Domestic Gas Service Engineer to join their team in the Wigan and wider Manchester area. Responsibilities:
* Conduct annual gas safety checks (CP12s) and service domestic gas appliances in social housing properties.
* Diagnose and efficiently repair gas appliances.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction.
* Maintain comprehensive records of completed work and gas safety documentation.
* Participate in a fair and well:compensated standby rota system.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Essential: Domestic Gas ACS Certificates (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1)
* Full UK driving license with a clean driving record.
* Proven experience working within the social housing sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
* OTE: Up to GBP50,000 per annum (Basic salary plus bonus payments for completed CP12s and services: GBP12 per job per day after 8 completed jobs : 12:14 scheduled per day).
* Standby Rota: 3 days out of every 21.
* Standby Payments: GBP15 per weekday, GBP30 per day (Saturday and Sunday).
* Job Payments (while on standby): GBP18 per completed job, GBP9 per no access.
* Company Van, Fuel Card, Analyser, PPE, Uniform, PDA, and all necessary tools provided.
