Customer Supply Chain Specialist — Fast-Growing FMCG Business
📍 Location: Windsor (Hybrid working with 3 days per week office based)
💰 Salary: c £45,000 to £55,000 Per annum + Bonus, Pension, Healthcare & Holiday
An established fast-growing FMCG company is looking for an experienced Customer Supply Chain Specialist to strengthen relationships with key retail partners and drive supply chain excellence. Reporting to the Customer Service & Operations Lead, this role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, high service levels, and continuous improvements across sales and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact for customer supply chain teams, leading key review meetings and building strong partnerships.
2. Ensure best-in-class service levels (OTIF) and operational supply chain excellence.
3. Manage the 0-13 week planning horizon, ensuring accurate forecasts, stock availability, and inventory analysis.
4. Work collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders, forming strong partnerships with sales and supply chain teams.
5. Champion efficiency and sustainability by identifying opportunities to reduce waste, optimize costs, and improve processes.
