Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Education Consultant (Primary/Secondary) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have at least 12 months of experience in the education recruitment sector with proven 360 recruitment and business development (BD) capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively develop new business opportunities and foster relationships with primary and secondary schools.
* Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
* Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
* Stay current on market trends and educational standards to offer the best recruitment solutions.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 12 months of proven experience in a 360-recruitment role within the education sector.
* Strong business development and client acquisition skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
