Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team and contribute to the nurturing and development of young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and providing a safe, stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
1. Implementing daily activities that promote learning and development
2. Providing a safe and secure environment for children
3. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
4. Monitoring and recording children's progress
5. Planning and preparing engaging activities
6. Supporting children with their personal care needs
Requirements
1. Leadership skills to guide and inspire children
2. Drive to create a positive learning environment
3. Qualifications in Nursery or Early Childhood Education
4. Ability to effectively manage a group of children
5. Proficient in English to communicate with children, parents, and staff
6. Experience working with young children in a childcare setting
