Role Summary:
Assisting in the analysis of the Financial Planning & Analysis for Europe corporate businesses. This includes preparation of annual business plans, communicating financial information to the business and business partnering with leadership. The role will also include input into the consolidation of companywide financial analysis.
Key Role Responsibilities:
1. Assist with Financial Planning & Analysis in European regions, including monthly business reporting, cash flow analysis and variance commentary from a budgetary perspective.
2. Play an active role in the preparation of yearly business plans & reforecasts with business stakeholders and review with senior management.
3. Design and prepare monthly departmental reporting for each of the departmental heads.
4. Creation of financial models in Anaplan to be used for business planning and financial analysis.
5. Partner with business functions to identify opportunities for improvements in reporting.
6. Assist in preparation of monthly management reporting package.
7. Co-ordinate and control the monthly management fee tracker.
8. Preparation of key metrics on a monthly basis to analyse business performance.
9. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to requests from business leaders and others related to financial reports, statements, and established budgets.
10. Complete various financial, accounting, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and perform other duties as assigned or as necessary.

1. Follow established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organisational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s).
2. Demonstrate appropriate safe behaviours in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s).
3. Identify areas for improvement, offer suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity, and implement ideas that achieve operational excellence.
4. Keep abreast of current changes in technology, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training classes.
