Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team based in York.
This is a brilliant, permanent full time opportunity working Monday to Friday. The role is hybrid, working 4 days in the office and one day remotely, parking is available.

This role involves:
Responsible for liaising with warehousing and logistics teams
Communicating with customers regarding sales orders
Processing orders through EDI, email and customer systems
Ensuring deliveries are on time
Supporting the Sales and Marketing team with customer administration
You will have:
Previous administration experience essential
Great organisational skills and attention to detail
Numeracy skills with good knowledge of Excel
Fantastic communication skills
Excellent time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines
