As we continue delivering expert solutions to our clients, we are now seeking a Senior Process Engineer with a background in clean water process to join the team.
Based from our Newcastle office, you will join a hardworking team, with an active social calendar and a picturesque location on the Quayside. As a contributing member of our team of global experts, you will use your knowledge and experience to deliver innovative, sustainable, and efficient engineering solutions for our clients and the communities around us.
The role requirements are:
1. Provide technical expertise and direction to multi-disciplinary project teams during the problem definition and optioneering phases of design projects.
2. Have experience in the design and optimisation of water and/or wastewater treatment processes.
3. Identify opportunities for innovation to meet TOTEX and net-zero drivers.
4. Lead development of process design deliverables such as outline design, optioneering, process models, mass balances, and P&IDs.
5. Build lasting relationships with our clients.
6. Maintain Stantec's high-quality standards through our Quality Assurance process.
About you
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Chemical or Process Engineering or another relevant subject with experience within the water industry. You must also be a member of a relevant engineering institution, i.e., IChemE, CIWEM.
This is a chance to join a dynamic team in supporting the delivery of a variety of projects. You will also work closely with our clients on and off-site.
