Are you passionate about finance and music? RouteNote is looking for a dedicated Management Accountant to join our expanding small but friendly Finance Team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our finance processes. The Management Accountant is a key member of the Finance team and supports the Finance Team Lead to provide accurate and timely financial information to the Board of Directors for decision-making and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Who we are looking for Our ideal Management Accountant essentially will have: Qualified or part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA. Experience of preparing management accounts unassisted. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Organised and methodical approach to tasks. Ability to meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition / desirable : Previous experience in an accountancy practice setting. Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero). Tax knowledge. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Payroll knowledge/experience.
