What's involved with this role: Temporary Transport Administrator - Resources Reference no: VLA 5257368 Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour PAYE 40 Monday – Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 This opening assignment is for 9 months City: TONBRIDGE Provide administration support for the Commercial Depot by ensuring all relevant administration is completed in a timely fashion. This ensures the Depot functions efficiently and accurately. To provide ad hoc administration support for the Business manager, and Operations Manager as required. Key Responsibilities: Complete administration tasks to ensure compliance with company procedures and best practice. Ensure that all messages are passed onto the relevant manager/colleague. Accurately process all relevant advice notes/disposal documentation, including filing. Frontline telephone call answering. Accurately process data on to the company operating systems (WIMS, Tranman, AVA) Assist in managing filling systems and general documentation. Receive and process customer service requests. Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints about service issues and waste collections. Deal proficiently with any queries to find a suitable resolution Qualifications: Basic schooling is required, preferably with qualifications (GCSE or equivalent). Experience: Financial experience or, as a minimum, dealing with Excel/Google spreadsheets. Experience of some other system use i.e. WIMS, Google, AVA and various other software packages. Administration / clerical experience - desirable. Skills & Abilities: Practical verbal and numerical skills are important. Good interpersonal skills- the ability to deal with people from all levels. Microsoft Office/Google Suite IT skills - intermediate level Customer service skills Ability to work under their own initiative. Ability to manage your own workload and manage time effectively.. Punctual and reliable. A logical and focussed approach to problem solving.
