You will like Residential/Commercial Building Surveying with training & development from New Forest Southampton area office for a private practice of Building Surveyors and Architects. As a practice their surveying department undertake planned maintenance, dilapidations, party wall work, project monitoring, project management, building surveys and HMO related work. You will like The Graduate Building Surveyor job itself where you will assist the established Building Surveying team across a broad range of commercial and residential building surveying duties including completing building surveys, undertaking inspections, commercial dilapidations, party wall, overseeing works on site and contract administration. The position will be based in our Lyndhurst and involve working mainly in and around Southampton, Salisbury, Bournemouth and the New Forest, but with other work throughout the UK and you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an acute attention to detail. The company has a successful track record of supporting candidates through their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to becoming members of the RICS (MRICS).
