Responsibilities
1. Build trusted partnerships with key Country, Business and PXT leaders, Affinity Groups, community partners, and IXT specialist teams to ensure design and execution of country strategy and roadmap.
2. Establish reporting cadence and requisite stakeholder forum for discussion and debate.
3. Define key performance indicators by developing metrics for core programs and processes to assess strategic impact and track delivery against program objectives.
4. Act as DEI subject matter expert by contributing country perspective, insights, and needs in global IXT forums.
5. Act as the country liaison for global IXT program and goal rollouts.
6. Support regulatory/compliance requirements in partnership with specialist teams.
7. Communicate new/updated programs, policies, and processes to leaders, employees, stakeholder partners, and cross-functional organizations.
8. Engage in pan-MENA projects, benchmarks (both internally and externally), and in the identification, sharing, and scaling of best practices.
Basic Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Experience delivering programs for large, cross-functional, global teams, using data and metrics to provide insights and drive improvements.
3. Experience building and effectively executing a strategy from the ground up, including design of roadmaps to drive incremental progress towards long-term vision and goals.
