RESIDENT LIASON OFFICER WITH MAIN CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A CONTRACT POSITION IN CRAMLINGTON
Job Title: Resident Liason Officer
Location: Cramlington, Northumberland
Hourly Rate: £14.09 PAYE - £18.59 Umbrella
Contract length: Initially 3 months / Ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Booking appointments and managing schedules.
* Handling resident complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
* Maintaining property records and conducting validation and customer satisfaction surveys.
* Facilitating communication between all stakeholders for a seamless project experience.
* Working proactively to minimize disruption to residents and establish positive relationships with all parties involved.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) is essential. 1-2 years +
2. Occupied refurbishment knowledge is also desirable
3. Strong health and safety knowledge
4. Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
5. IT proficiency and adaptability to on-site operations.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
