This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that regularly advises on: Major commercial and residential development projects, including mixed-use sites, logistics hubs, retail parks, and student accommodation Strategic land deals and urban extensions Investment transactions and asset management Landlord and tenant matters across a range of sectors, including retail, leisure, healthcare, and office space The Role: You’ll be exposed to a wide-ranging and high-quality caseload, including: Commercial and residential development work Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold assets Strategic land and promotion agreements Landlord and tenant lease negotiations and asset management Supporting complex regeneration and infrastructure projects This is a varied and stimulating role, where you’ll work closely with clients and play an active role in delivering strategic legal advice.
