Where I’d work: Service Delivery Centre, Bradford and home-working - a hybrid working arrangement is in place for this role.
Work type: This is a permanent position, working full time, you will be expected to work 37 hours within a working window of 6:00am-9:00pm Monday to Friday and also some weekends, which you will receive days off during the week.

We provide essential water and wastewater services to over 5.4 million people living in the Yorkshire region, ensuring they have clean and safe drinking water and that their wastewater is managed responsibly. We look after communities, protect the environment, and plan for the future.
Where you fit in:
You will manage a variety of processes relating to our customers, ensuring business risks are managed, compliance is maintained, and decisions support our business and customer targets. You will oversee operational performance and support our Customer Field Services teams.
What skills & qualifications you will need:
1. Previous experience of managing customers and progressing an issue to resolution
2. Previous scheduling or planning experience
3. Experience of supporting and embedding change, able to influence and drive the right culture and behaviours
4. Strong communication skills and ability to maintain effective relationships
5. Ability to work in a team and under your own initiative
6. Planning ability - identifying priorities and actions to deliver results
7. Ability to meet strict deadlines and maintain flexibility
8. Troubleshooting and investigating reporting anomalies
9. Strong IT skills with the ability to develop and deploy reporting requirements necessary to support customers
