We're Hiring: Bookkeeper / Administrator
Location: Blairgowrie, Perthshire

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership in a small business environment and wants to help shape efficient internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounts using Xero
* Reconcile bank, purchase, and sales ledgers
* Prepare quarterly VAT returns and generate automated VAT invoices
* Support Practitioner commissions, supplier payments, and cash flow reporting
* General office admin, plus systems like Dext, Hubspot, WooCommerce, Office 365
* Get involved in automation and stock management improvements
What We’re Looking For
* Ideally Bookkeeping qualification (AAT L3+, ICB, or IAB) or part-qualified ACCA/ACMA
* Strong experience with Xero or Sage Online
* Detail-focused, organised, and confident working independently
* Bonus: experience in holistic health, wellness, or veterinary industries
