Music and Audio Technician
35 hours per week (Term Time Only)
Fixed Term for one year with a view to the role being made permanent.
Start Date: ASAP
Scale: Sc 6 Pt 18 to 20 depending upon experience,
Actual pro rated Salary: £31,505.67 – £32,452.27
We are a comprehensive inner London secondary school with a diverse intake of students from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures. We were graded as Good in all aspects during our last Ofsted Inspection (April 2023).
We are looking to appoint a Music and Audio Technician to support the work of the Music and Creative Arts departments
You should have a good working knowledge, understanding and experience of the following;
● Experience of working in a setting with school age children or in an educational setting.
● Knowledge and experience of the technology linked to music, such as recording, mixing etc.
● Knowledge and experience of music composition.
● Be able to resolve/identify issues regarding equipment and technology in a timely manner
● Good administrative/communication and organisational skills
● Working within an inner city context.
