Salary : Up to £50,000 plus commission structure & bonus
A well-regarded and market-leading technology research provider is looking for an ambitious Client Account Manager to join their dynamic team. The organisation prides itself on the ability to integrate with their clients to fully understand their commercial needs and future potential.
As a Client Account Manager, your ultimate goal is to nurture and grow client relationships. A key part of your role will be upselling and growing the customer's portfolio by unearthing new business ventures, contributing to the future strategy and building a genuine rapport with the stakeholders to fully understand their needs to successfully grow their usage of your services and market research products.
You will be overseeing cross functional teams spanning Engineering and Data to ensure the efficient delivery of their market research toolsets and products whilst acting as the conduit to and from the business and promoting the organisations unique consumer behavior research technologies.
Experience needed as a Client Account Manager:
* A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience within b2b account management.
* Experience maturing client relationships.
* Strong stakeholder management experience across internal teams, business stakeholders, 3rdparty suppliers and and C suite.
* Ability to be commercially driven with a Project Management mindset.
* Customer obsession - putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
Youll need to be a thought leader in Project Management, who gets excited about understanding the mechanics of a business and then using your knowledge to asses the potential upselling opportunities and bridging the gaps between the customer and their consumer market.
