Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support our Finance team on a temporary basis. This part-time role will be based at our site in Pembridge, Herefordshire and will involve working 23 hours per week from Wednesday to Friday.
This temporary position is to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months, providing an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a short-term assignment. You will work closely with the UK Credit Control Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Accounts Receivable Ledgers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the UK Credit Control Manager in managing the Accounts Receivable Ledgers
* Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and credit notes
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As a temporary employee, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with our Finance team and contribute to the success of Kingspan.
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours), dependent on experience
