We are working with a leading telecommunications organisation who are looking for a Field Service Management Jeopardy Coordinator to join their team on a 37.5-hour temporary contract. Working hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm and the role offers an hourly rate of £12.62 per hour, with a hybrid pattern.
Roles and Responsibilities of Field Service Management Jeopardy Coordinator:
* Ability to manage your own workload and identify different opportunities.
* Creation of tickets and linking of Child tickets.
* Being reactive to situations that may occur.
* Managing the stakeholder side of different processes.
* Managing inbound communications via the relevant platform.
* Flexible working approach to support the business.
* Consistent communication with both internal and external customers, ensuring a quality service is maintained and up to the agreed standards.
Minimum Requirements:
* Demonstrable Customer Service experience.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
* Strong administration experience.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Evaluating problems.
* Processing details.
* Building relationships.
