Protocol Education is looking to recruit Behaviour Learning Mentors with experience working with pupils with challenging behaviour. This role will involve working in various positions starting ASAP.
Previous experience working with children is essential. Candidates must be energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work using their own initiative. The role involves working with a variety of children on a 1:1 or group basis, across the age and ability spectrum. You will be expected to collaborate with key school staff and existing behaviour plans to improve pupil behaviour in class. Over time, you will build supportive relationships with pupils to act as a mentor and role model, ultimately improving overall attainment.
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
