Job Title: Supply Chain Planner Stoke-On-Trent
Our Supply Chain team is dedicated to minimizing inventory levels, maximizing client service levels, and providing exceptional customer service. We achieve this through forward forecasting, collaboration with partners, and going the extra mile.
Purpose of the Role:
Ensure inventory and service levels are effectively balanced through accurate forecasting.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate key information to colleagues through internal social media platforms.
* Understand customer requirements and provide advice and solutions to meet expectations.
* Monitor and check accurate invoicing to ensure correct revenue.
* Liaise directly with suppliers and brands on requirements and collaborative forecasts.
* Ability to understand data and interpret it into actions for stability of stock supply.
* Accurately forecast customer demand and translate it into Netstock for use by the wider business, warehouse operations, and finance.
* Work with brands to minimize excess stock in Dee Set and improve Dee Set inbound service levels.
* Apply focus to pricing integrity of products in current supply and new line listings.
Requirements:
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Experience working with an ERP.
* Able to demonstrate good customer service.
* Previous experience working within a supply chain team.

* Salary: £26,000 per annum.
* Working Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week).
