Lidl Retail Graduate Management Programme

Summary
This 23-month learning journey offers a rotational experience across our stores, warehouses & regional offices. You'll build leadership skills and develop knowledge to become a retail manager.
What You Will Do
Year 1:
* Sales (store-based, 16 weeks): Gain experience in key store roles from Customer Assistant to store management.
* HR (regional office-based, 4 weeks): Discover how our HR teams facilitate recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
* Logistics (warehouse-based, 16 weeks): Learn the fundamentals of logistics and warehousing by rotating around our core warehouse areas before joining the warehouse management team.
* Supply Chain (regional office-based, 16 weeks): Order products, manage quality and freshness, and deal with suppliers in our complex supply chain.
Year 2:
* Choose a specialist route in store, warehouse, or supply chain management.
* Hone your expertise and craft your management experience.
Requirements
* A 2:2 degree or above in any discipline by September 2025.
* A full UK driving licence by 1st February 2025.
* Live or be ready to relocate within a commutable distance from your chosen Regional Distribution Centre.
* Be legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
* Assertiveness and confidence in communication skills.
* The desire to learn, develop, and succeed in a fast-moving environment.
