Role Overview:
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Hours: 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Laindon, Essex (fully onsite)
Contract: Full Time and Permanent
Role Summary:
We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, based at our Laindon, Essex Pharmacy. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service for our patients, ensuring queries are dealt with appropriately and efficiently.
Role Duties:
1. Investigating and resolving any patient queries or complaints via telephone or email.
2. Confirming processes and details to patients with regards to their prescribed medication.
3. Relaying any discrepancies to the relevant team.
4. Helping and supporting the wider team where suitable.
5. Ensuring a first-class customer service to patients.
Qualification/Experience for Role:
1. Extensive experience within a suitable call centre or relevant customer services role.
2. A good command of written and spoken English – GCSE (or equivalent) standard.
3. Experience within a customer-facing role within a healthcare setting desired.
4. Experience with dealing with customer queries and the ability to help solve queries/issues required.
5. Suitable experience using Microsoft Office desired.
