* Salary: £23,000-£25,000
* Fully office-based role (essential)
* Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
* Working hours: 8:30am - 5pm
* 2 stage interview process
Job Description
As an HR Document Consultant, you will:
* Manage relationships with a large volume of clients
* Manage the documentation inbox, responding and actioning queries within the agreed SLA
* Attend 4 meetings per day, with different clients and industries
* Be responsible for drafting client documentation
* Meet personal and department KPIs and SLAs
* Guide clients, provide advice, and answer queries related to all employment law/HR queries
* Be confident speaking to clients via phone, email, and face-to-face on a daily basis
* Refer appropriate products and services to clients
The Successful Applicant
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A background in HR, Law, Sales, Contact Centre, or Recruitment (beneficial)
* Excellent customer service skills
* The ability to support and proactively meet KPIs
* The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
* The ability to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
* The ability to provide a friendly, efficient, and seamless service to clients
* Excellent written, documentation, and reporting skills
* Knowledge of HR processes and legislation
* The ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
* Comfort with selling products and generating new business
* HR graduate, CIPD, or equivalent work experience (desirable)
