Nelson Recruitment Services are urgently looking for a Site Manager for our client based in the Tamworth area to start immediately. This is an ongoing long-term position that can turn into a permanent contract!
As a Site Manager, you will be based within a school carrying out general maintenance.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
1. Knowledge of compliance and health and safety on a school site.
2. Previous experience as a caretaker or site manager with excellent maintenance skills.
3. MUST hold a current advanced DBS.
Hours Available: Monday to Friday 6:30 am - 1:00 pm
Pay Rate: £12 - £14 per hour
Duties Will Include:
1. General maintenance of school grounds.
2. Indoor maintenance of classrooms and communal areas.
Key Skills: Being organised and reliable, able to use your own initiative, and having good time management.
