A brand new opportunity for a recent business development and marketing graduate with a leading specialist law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle routine administrative tasks, including updating and circulating business development (BD) calendars, maintaining the weekly office organiser, and scheduling meetings for team members.
* Manage all administrative aspects of the firm's client database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
* Monitor and oversee the subscriptions and registrations mailbox, ensuring timely responses and updates.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client conflict information.
* Assist with event administration, such as coordinating meetings, tracking registrations, and generating reports.
* Prepare, update, and organize presentations for the BD team and other firm members.
* Support onboarding processes for new joiners and staff changes, including updating website biographies and coordinating photography sessions.
* Research potential events for fee earners to attend and provide recommendations to the team.

The role will be based from their London office and offers a generous hybrid working policy. Ideally, you will have a min 2:1 from a Russell Group University.
