Horizon Property Support are looking for an Administrator/Planner who has previous experience in an administration or planning role, has excellent office 365 skills and is a confident communicator both with external customers and internal colleagues
As an Administrator/Planner you will be supporting our Electronic Systems division and our Operations Team with the Cleaning and Security Contracts across the island of Ireland, delivering professional services to our customers, engineers and operatives, whilst maintaining the core values of Horizon Property Support.
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday - Friday.

Role and responsibilities
Completing stock orders to ensure adequate resources are available to our site-based teams
Support all aspects of operational delivery, including absence management, discipline, grievance, and recruitment activities
Ensuring all aspects of the required services are being delivered to the customers' satisfaction and in accordance with the contract
Ensuring there are sufficient trained, licenced and vetted staff always working to meet customer and contract requirements
Ensuring contract required training and screening / vetting has been completed for all staff
Compiling rotas for site-based teams, organising cover for planned and unplanned leave
Updating and maintaining systems to ensure accurate recording of site services
Planning/arrangement of works through customers, engineers and/or contractors and suppliers, providing coordination and administrative support as required
Managing budgets in line with financial targets and/or job specification costings
Supporting with other administrative duties as required by the business
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
A checkable personal history including periods of education, employment, travel and unemployment
Prior experience of working in a similar administrative/planning role, ideally within the facility services industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interacting both internally and externally
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills
Track record of working in a fast paced and demanding environment
