In this role, you will overseeing Agile methodologies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, product owners, DevOps teams, and additional support functions. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving transition goals and fostering an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Guide and mentor teams in Agile principles and methodologies. Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. Manage and support a Scrum team composed of consortium partners and stakeholders. Assist the product owner in maintaining a well-organized backlog aligned with sprint objectives. Cultivate a positive and productive development environment that encourages creativity and teamwork. Foster a culture of transparency, allowing challenges to be addressed constructively and efficiently. Remove obstacles that could hinder team progress and performance. Act as a bridge between product teams, stakeholders, and the wider organisation to ensure smooth delivery. Advocate for Agile best practices and ensure adherence to key principles. Drive efficiency and collaboration within DevOps teams to enhance service delivery. Requirements: Certified Scrum Master or extensive Agile project management experience. Proven experience leading Agile teams and implementing Scrum methodologies. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Background in software development practices and service-oriented environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
