About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Partner to join our People Team. This individual will collaborate closely with the leaders of our organisation, playing a crucial role in executing our ambitious people strategy and supporting our 2030 Transformation Plan. The position demands a seasoned HR professional skilled in influencing leadership, managing change, and delivering effective HR solutions that facilitate organisational growth and operational objectives.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role is instrumental in advancing our people-focused strategies and ensuring the seamless integration of HR practices across the company. This is an excellent opportunity to drive cultural change and transformation initiatives that align with business goals and enhance the employee experience.
