We are recruiting a Project Planner. This individual will be a key resource on the team working to develop, track and monitor our execution plans for Network Edge supply chain strategies.
Principal Roles and Responsibilities
* Team member of large SC Planning and cross functional team overseeing the planning aspects of the startup of manufacturing in new manufacturing sites. Heavily involved in the planning of product multi-variants and engaging with Regulatory to understand expected and actual approval times.
* Responsible for determining and mapping product multi variants in accordance with Network Edge strategies.
* Collaborate with Tech Ops team to align on variant creation plan and execution to the plan over time. Escalate issues in a timely manner.
* Work with cross departmental teams to capture activities needed for successful product transfers and to successfully monitor execution of this plan over time.
* Responsible for monitoring project KPIs, completing analysis where needed and making recommendations and developing slides and summaries to present at project meetings. Maintain Project RAID log.
* Keep manager and key project partners updated on project issues, issue resolution, risks, and overall status of Plan projects.
* Facilitate and support regular project meetings, documentation and circulation of meeting minutes and monitor meeting follow-up actions.
* Support the modelling of inventory scenarios to assess expected impacts on inventory of product transfers between sites in the network. Develop and run reports to capture actual Vs planned inventory over time.
* Extensive collaboration required with extended project team members & sites.
Qualifications
* A minimum of third level Degree qualification or equivalent required; advanced degree such as a M.S. or MBA a plus.
* Prior experience in Supply Chain essential. Previous experience in planning is highly desirable.
* Data focused, problem solving and organizational abilities are essential.
* Proven track record to collaborate to get desired results.
* Influencing skills and ability to effectively communicate with Senior Business Leadership.
* Up to 10% of travel may be required.
