Job Title: Project Manager
Join Mitie's PFI Healthcare team as a Project Manager to lead project works on time and within budget.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver project plans and ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and QHSE practices.
* Oversee day-to-day project operations, including costs, documentation, and overall P&L responsibilities.
* Manage tenders, subcontractor work, and identify project risks.
* Plan for project mobilisation and delivery.
* Build strong relationships with customers, site teams, and internal departments.
* Implement construction phase plans and complete O&M manuals before practical completion.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Project Management role with a strong commercial and financial background in PFI or complex FM contracts.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience working within Project Management, with a detailed background in CDM 2015 and Project Management methodologies, as well as experience working with P&L management, cost control, and risk management.
Ideal candidates will have experience with RIBA stages, NEC and JCT contracts, hold a SMSTS certification, and NEBOSH qualifications.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Key Requirements:
* Extensive experience in Project Management.

Salary:
£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
