Job Description
Our client specializes in the installation and maintenance of security equipment and works nationally with their clients. Due to growth, they require a planning coordinator to join their team. The role will involve booking planned works 6 months in advance and handling ad hoc maintenance, repair, and installation visits. The planning coordinator is also responsible for route planning and booking hotel accommodations. This role is office-based and located in South West Leeds with great access to motorway networks.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer order logging onto CRM
2. Handle customer queries/requests
3. Respond to inbound and make outbound calls
4. Schedule reactive and planned works to meet customer SLA’s
5. Check engineer reports and process them for customers
6. Raise invoices after engineer site visits
7. Provide excellent customer service
8. Build relationships with clients and engineers
Qualifications:
2 years planning and scheduling experience is desirable.
