Care Respect Listen Do the right thing About the role We are looking for an Environmental Services Housing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will help provide essential operational support to the Grounds Maintenance, Voids and Caretaking teams to ensure the smooth running of the department. You will carry out operational processes, coordinate tasks, and support team leaders with various operational functions while upholding our core values of Care, Respect, Listen, and Do the Right Thing. Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who: Has competent IT skills accompanied by the ability to type, use spreadsheets and databases. Be willing to learn new IT packages within PCH. Holds the following qualifications 5 GCSE's including English and Maths or qualifications at an equivalent level. Has proven experience within a similar role allowing you to utilise the above qualifications. A proven ability to work independently within a team and work flexible hours to meet the needs of the service. Has values in providing great customer care.
