Based in the Tayside & Fife area, you will play a vital role in ensuring homebuyers receive exceptional care and support following their home purchase experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team dedicated to high-quality customer service in the construction sector.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or building industry.
* A strong focus on Customer Service and client satisfaction.
* Ability to handle problem resolution efficiently and professionally.
Core Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Customer Care Coordinators and Administrators to ensure customer appointments are attended to promptly and any required materials are sourced ahead of time.
* Resolve defects quickly and to a high standard, ensuring that all completed work is signed off by the customer.
* Complete necessary documentation, such as timesheets, to maintain accurate records.
* Conduct inspections of reported defects as required and provide detailed reports with photographic evidence.
* Submit mileage forms, SHE forms, and invoices at the end of each month.
* Report any recurring defects on both active and inactive sites to ensure quality control.
