About the Job
As a Customer Experience Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and develop metrics to measure success.
You will be expected to create reports and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Microstrategy, as well as maintain data quality and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily review of profile merges and maintenance of data changes.
* Create reports in Microstrategy (regular and ad-hoc) to provide business stakeholders with actionable insights.
Requirements
* Advanced Excel skills with experience in data manipulation and analysis.
* Working knowledge of Tableau and Microstrategy.
* Good understanding of data querying concepts.
* Experience/knowledge in report building on a dossier-based platform (preferably Microstrategy).
